- Mango – 2 big, I used Priyoor variety
- Sugar – 1/2 -3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp+ 1 tbsp
Chop the mangoes into small pieces & discard the seeds. Grind the chopped pieces into a smooth paste with ur mixer/ grinder. You will have 2 cups of mango puree.
Heat 1 tsp ghee & pour the mango puree. Stir on medium low heat for 15 minutes. Add the sugar & stir further for 10 minutes/ till the mixture looks dry. You have to keep stirring continuosly. Add the powdered cardamom & mix.
Grease a plate with 1 tbsp ghee & spread the mixture on the plate. Let cool completely. Cut into squares.
