Cooked & mashed potato – 11/2 cups
Bombay rava/ Fine semolina – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1, small
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped
Salt as needed
Oil as needed for deep frying
Mix together all the ingredients except oil. Make lemon sized balls of the mixture.
Heat the oil & reduce heat to medium when it becomes steaming hot. Deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown.
Drain on kitchen towels. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
