Cabbage & Okra stir fry

Okra & Cabbage stir fry

Ingredients:-

Cabbage – 2 cups, finely shredded

Okra – 1 cup, chopped

Onion – 4 tbsp, finely chopped

Greenchilly – 2 no.s / to taste

Garlic – 1 big clove, minced

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Salt – 1/2 -3/4 tsp / to taste

Coconut oil – 1 tbsp

Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp

Curry leaf – 1 sprig

Method:-

Heat the oil & splutter the mustard seeds. Add the curry leaf, chopped onion, greenchilly & garlic; saute till onion is translucent.

Add turmeric powder, okra, cabbage & salt. Stir fry on high heat for a minute. Reduce heat to low & cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat, stirring occassionally.
