Mix together 11/2 cups of all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp of salt & 2 tsp of sugar. Add the yeast mixture & around 1/2 cup of lukewarm water. Pour 4 tsp of olive oil & knead well till you get a smooth, soft & non-sticky dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth & keep in a warm place for 3 hours/ till the dough doubles in volume.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil & saute a chopped garlic clove till it turns lightly brown. Add 1 finely chopped onion & saute till it turns pink. Stir in 1 tsp of pepper powder & 1 tsp Italian spicemix/ oregano. Mix well & switch off heat.
Preheat the oven to 230C.
Roll out the dough into a circle using your rolling pin/ spread it out with your hands. Transfer to a pizza stone ( I used my pie dish). Poke it with a fork at several places. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the dough followed by the onion mixture, tomato slices ( of 1 tomato), chopped capsicum ( 1/4th of a big one), a few black olives & finally sprinkle a little shredded cheese on top of the veggies. Sprinkle 1 tsp of oregano over the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven at 230C for 12 -14 minutes/ till the cheese melts & turns a bit brown.
