Ingredients:-
Breadfruit – 4 cups, chopped
Shallots – 1/4 cup
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 11/2 tsp
Water – 11/2 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp ( heaped)
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Method:-
Cook breadfruit adding turmeric powder & salt in 11/2 cups of water. Let boil. Simmer for 12-15 minutes till the breadfruit is soft.
Heat oil & splutter the mustard seeds. Add chopped shallots & curry leaves. Add chilly powder & stir till raw smell goes Now add breadfruit & saute till dry.
