This is a very easy to make delicious pudding. It gets ready within minutes!
Marie biscuits – 18 numbers
Chopped pineapple – 11/4 cups ( Use the tinned one)
Butter – 100 grams
Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1, medium, seperated
Vanilla essence – 1/4 tsp
Whipped cream as needed to garnish
Cream together the softened butter & powdered sugar till light & fluffy. Add the egg yolk & beat again; stir in the vanilla essence. Beat the egg white seperately & gently fold in. Stir in the chopped pineapple pieces. Keep aside.
Drain the chopped pineapple & reserve the sugar syrup in which it was soaked. Dip each marie biscuit into this syrup on both sides & arrange them as the first layer in a pudding dish. The next layer is the pineapple butter mixture followed by the soaked buiscuits; repeat upto top till you finish all the pineapple mixture & biscuits. Garnish with whipped cream. Refrigerate until you serve.
