Saucy Cauliflower fry

Ingredients:-

Cauliflower – 600 grams/ 3 cups, cut into small florets ( don’t cut them very small like pearl)

Onion – 1 medium, cut into square pieces

Ginger – 1 tsp, minced

Garlic – 2 big cloves, chopped

Capsicum – 1/4th of a medium, cut into square pieces

Greenchilly – 3 numbers, slit

Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp

Soy sauce – 1/2 tsp

Canola oil as needed

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Method:-

Heat the oil & suate the onions, garlic, ginger, greenchilly & capsicum till the onions turn translucent.

Add cauliflower & 1/2 tsp of salt; mix well on medium high heat. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of water & cover cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Open the lid & add the sauces. Open the lid & fry the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes.
