Baked Chicken

All the credit of this post goes to Ria . This baked chicken is too good & very simple to make too.


Chicken-1200 grams ( I didn’t use wings & skin)

Soy sauce- 3 tbsp

Salt – 1/4  tsp

Italian seasoning – a pinch

Pepper powder – 2 tsp

Ginger – 11/2″ piece ( grind to a paste)

Garlic – 5 big cloves ( grind to a paste)

Olive oil as needed


Cut the chicken into 10 pieces; make gashes on the flesh. Marinate the chicken with all the remaining ingredients except oil for 8 -10 hours.

Bake the chicken in a preheated oven at180C for 1 hour turning twice in between & basting to ensure even cooking.

Serve hot with french fries & Brown Rice.
