This is a very easy to make pudding with a distinct coffee flavour.
To make this pudding soak 2 heaping tbsps of unflavoured gelatin in 1/2 cup of ice water for atleast 15 minutes.
Heat 11/2 cups of water. Add 3 tbsps of sugar & mix. Switch off heat & add 2 tsps of instant coffee powder ( I had used Bru). Add the soaked gelatin to the coffee when its still hot & stir till combined thoroughly. Add 1/2 tin of condensed milk. Let the coffee mixture cool down to room temperature. Now fold in 1 cup of whipping cream.
Transfer the mixture to a pudding dish & refrigerate till set.
Cut into squares/ wedges to serve.
