Pinwheel Sandwitches – A Pictorial

Take a slice of bread & cut the brown edges, flatten it with your rolling pin to seal the holes. Repeat with another bread slice.

Apply little water/flour glue on the left margin of one bread slice & place the other bread over it. Flatten again using your rolling pin.

Spread the desired filling on the base. Apply a little water/ flour glue on the right side of the base to ensure proper sealing.

Roll the base tightly.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut into 1″ slices.

Brush melted butter over the sandwitches & bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 12 minutes/ you could alternately deep fry them.
