No cook, Instant Chiquita Payasam !

Grind together 2 big, very ripe chiquita bananas, 1 tbsp of honey, 1/4 -1 /2 cup of grated jaggery, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder & 1 cup of thick coconut milk in your mixer/grinder.( You may strain this mixture to remove the seeds of the bananas).

Add 1 tbsp of chopped raw cashews &  1 tsp of raisins ( soaked in hot water for sometime) to the ground mixture. Pour into serving bowls, your healthy payasam is ready to enjoy!
