Mix together 3/4 cup of sweet corn(cooked), 100 grams of chicken mince, 3/4 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tbsp each of corn starch & plain flour, 1.5 tsp of soy sauce, 1/4 tsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of chopped cilantro & 1 egg.
Heat oil in a pan to shallow fry the patties. Dip your palm in water & make patties from the chicken-corn mixture. Fry in hot oil on low heat till both sides turn golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
