Chicken & french fries mayo wrap

  1. Cut 250 grams of boneless chicken breasts into juliennes/ strips. Marinate with 1 tbsp of thick curd, 1 tsp of white vinegar, 1 heaping tsp pepper powder, 1 heaping tbsp of finely chopped onion, 1 tsp of minced garlic & 1/2 tsp of salt for 2 hours. Deep/ shallow fry till browned evenly. keep aside.
  2. Mix together 2.5 tbsps of mayonnaise, 2 tsps of milk, 1/4 tsp of lime juice , 1/4 cup of shredded cabbage , 2 tbsps of grated carrot & 1 tbsp of chopped tomato.
  3. To make the wrap, take a cooked roti/ tortilla. Place it on a clean work surface. Arrange the fried chicken strips on it in a row followed by the french fries & mayonnaise. Sprinkle little pepper powder & roll tightly.
  4. Pan fry in 1 tsp of oil till crisp.
  5. Serve hot.
