Spinach and chicken sandwich

  1. Heat 2 tbsps of oil and add 3 medium onions (thinly sliced ) , 3 big garlic cloves+ 2 greenchillies & cook till onion turns golden brown in color.
  2. Stir in 2 cups of finely chopped spinach & cook on medium heat for 5 minutes/ till the leaves wilt. Add 200 grams of chicken (cooked with salt & pepper powder & shredded). Add 1 tsp of tomato ketchup & mix. Finally add pepper powder as per taste & remove from heat.
  3. Take a burger bun & cut into half. Apply mayonnaise on upper & lower halves of the bun & sprinkle little pepper powder on the mayo. Place the spinach chicken mixture in between the bun halves & serve immediately.
