Chicken Mayo Hot dog rolls

You will need 4 hot dog buns for this recipe.

  1. Mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, salt & pepper to taste, 1 big garlic clove ( minced), 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp of mustard paste and 250 grams of boneless & skinless chicken breasts ( boiled with salt & pepper & shredded) in a bowl.Divide this mixture into 4 equal portions.
  2. Slit the hot dog bun in the middle but do not cut through.
  3. Line the buns with lettuce leaf ( dipped in cold water upto the time of serving) & spread one portion of the chicken mayo mixture on the bottom half of each hot dog bun over the lettuce leaf & press the top half down lightly.
  4. Secure with a toothpick & serve immediately.
