Fruit & Nut chocolate squares

  1. Combine 350 grams of semi-sweet chocolate chips & 100 grams of butter & melt by using a double boiler. Remove form heat. Add 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk & mix.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of chopped figs, 1/4 c of chopped dry apricots, 1/2 cup of raisins, 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts & 40 marie biscuits ( coarsely crushed).
  3. Transfer to a loaf tin lined with butter paper. Level the mixture with a spatula & press it down.
  4. Refrigerate for atleast 3-4 hours.
  5. Remove the butter paper, cut into squares & serve.
  6. Keep these squares refrigerated.
