- Puree 1 medium tomato in your mixer till smooth. Cook the puree in a pan till all the water evaporates. Let this cool down to room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, mix together 3/4 cup of atta, 1 tbsp of oil, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala powder, 1/2 tsp of ajwain/ carom seeds, 1/2 cup of grated carrot & the cooled tomato paste.
- Knead to a slightly stiff dough adding water as needed.
- Make puris like you make regular puris.
- Serve hot.
