Black currant milkshake

  1. Soak 1/4 cup of black raisins in water ovenight. Grind it with 2 – 3 tbsps of sugar to a very smooth paste. Add 1/4 cup of water & strain this mixture.
  2. Add 1 cup of chilled milk (kept in the freezer till almost solid) to the strained black currant juice & blend again.
  3. Serve immediately.
