Easy chilli chicken in microwave

  1. Ina microproof dish, mix together 250 grams of boneless chicken breasts (cut into small cubes), 3 tbsps ofoil, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of white vinegar & 3 big minced garlic cloves. Cover cook for 5 minutes in your MW on high power.
  2. Take out & add 4 big greenchillies (slit), 1/4th of a medium green capsicum (cubed), 1 tsp of pepper powdeer, 1/2 tsp of sugar, 2 tbsps of cornflour, salt if needed & 3/4 cup of water. Cook covered for 8 more minutes in your MW.
  3. Add 1 tbsp each of tomato ketchup & chilli sauce + 1/4 cup of spring onion greens.
  4. Serve hot.
