Egg pepper roast

You will need 3 hardboiled eggs, shells removed & halved

  1. Heat 2 – 3 tbsps of coconut oil in a pan & add a few curryleaves + 1 heaping tsp of pepper powder+ 1/2 tsp of cumin powder+ 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder. Fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of water + 3 pinches of salt. Place the eggs in the pan with the yolk side down. Cook on medium low heat till all the water evaporates completely.
  3. Flip the eggs & cook the other side too for a minute.
  4. Serve hot.
