Spicy grilled chicken

  1. Marinate 450 grams of chicken (with bones) with 3/4  tbsp of mustard paste, 1.5 heaping tsp of pepper powder, 5 big garlic cloves (pasted), juice of 1 big lime, 1/2 tbsp of red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp butter & 2 tbsps of olive oil for 5-6 hours. Add 2 finely chopped onions to the marinated chicken & mix.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  3. Transfer the chicken  to a tray lined with foil.
  4. Bake the chicken at 180C for 30 minutes. Flip & bake further for 10 minutes.
