Quick mix brownies

These brownies are very easy to make. They are really moist & flavourful. No leavening agents are used here.

Ingredients:-

  1. All purpose flour – 3/4 cup + 2 tbsps
  2. Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
  3. Salt – 1/4 tsp.
  4. Caster sugar – 1 cup
  5. Butter – 50 grams ( melted)
  6. Canola oil – 1/4 cup
  7. Vanilla essnce – 1 tsp
  8. Egg – 2 numbers, large
  9. Semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1/2 cup

Method:-

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Put all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a mixer/blender & beat till combined. The batter would be on the thicker side.
  3. Transfer the batter to a 8″ brownie pan lined with foil.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips all over the batter.
  5. Bake the brownies at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting them into squares.
