Quick Atta/ wheat flour ladoo in microwave

Ingredients:-

  1. Wheat flour – 1 cup
  2. Desi ghee – 4 tbsps
  3. Powdere sugar – 1/3 cup
  4. Dry ginger powder/ chukku podi – 2 pinches
  5. Balck pepper powder – 2 pinches
  6. Elaichi powder – 1/2 tsp.
  7. Almonds – 1 tbsp, chopped
  8. Pistachios – 1 tbsp, chopped
  9. Kismis/ golden raisins – 1 tsp

Method:-

  1. Spread the atta on a flat platter & cook in the microwave for 4 minutes at 80% power. Stir once in between the cooking time.
  2. Add the desi ghee & mix very well. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 60% power. Mix well.
  3. Cook again for 1 minute 30 seconds at 60% power. Mix well.
  4. Add the powdered sugar, ginger powder, pepper powder, elaichi , nuts & raisins.
  5. Mix very well & make small ladoos when still hot.
