Pineapple cream delight

Ingredients:-

  1. Pineapple jelly – 1 packet
  2. Thick Greek style yougurt – 400 grams
  3. Thick cream – 1/2 cup
  4. Sweetened condensed milk – 1 tin, 395 grams
  5. Cooked vermicelli – 1/2 cup
  6. Pineapple chunks ( in tin) – 1 cup + 1/2 cup; divided(don’t use the syrup)
  7. Fruit cocktail – 1 cup (don’t use the syrup)

Method:-

  1. Mix together all the ingredients from 1 to 7 except 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks. Put in the freezer for 2 hours.
  2. Transfer to the refrigerator after 2 hours.
  3. Serve chilled topped with the reserved pineapple chunks.
