Mango puri

Ingredients:-

  1. All purpose flour – 1 cup
  2. Powdered sugar – 1 heaping tbsp
  3. Ghee – 1 tbsp
  4. Salt – 1/3-1/2 tsp.
  5. Thick mango puree – 1/3 cup
  6. Water – as needed
  7. Oil to deep fry

Method:-

  1. Mix together the flour, sugar, salt & ghee.
  2. Add the mango puree & water to make a slightly firm dough.
  3. Knead well for 5 minutes & keep covered for 30 minutes.
  4. Make puris as usual.
