- All purpose flour – 1 cup
- Powdered sugar – 1 heaping tbsp
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1/3-1/2 tsp.
- Thick mango puree – 1/3 cup
- Water – as needed
- Oil to deep fry
- Mix together the flour, sugar, salt & ghee.
- Add the mango puree & water to make a slightly firm dough.
- Knead well for 5 minutes & keep covered for 30 minutes.
- Make puris as usual.
