No bake white chocolate and dried apricot crunch



  1. White chocolate – 250 Grams
  2. Butter – 25 grams
  3. Rice cereal/bubbles – 40 grams
  4. Dried apricots -150 Grams, chopped


  1. Toast the rice cereal/bubbles in a pan till crisp. Keep aside.
  2. Melt together the white chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
  3. Add the apricots and rice bubbles and mix.
  4. Transfer mixture to a 8″ lined baking tin and refrigerate till set.
  5. Cut into bars and serve.
