Wheat flour and jaggery dosa (Instant)



  1. Wheat flour/atta – 1 cup
  2. Roasted rice flour – 1 heaping tbsp.
  3. Coconut milk powder – 1 heaping tbsp.
  4. Baking powder – 1/8 tsp.
  5. Ghee – 1 tsp.+ to make the dosa
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Grated jaggery – 1/2 cup
  8. Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp.
  9. Water – as needed


  1. Mix together the atta, rice flour, baking powder, coconut milk powder and ghee.
  2. Add the grated jaggery and cardamom powder and mix.
  3. Add enough water to make the dosa batter. The consistency should be similar to that of regular dosa batter.
  4. Make dosas as usual. You can make them thick/thin.
  5. Apply ghee when you make the dosas.
  6. Serve these dosas hot.
