Creamy condensed milk Biscuit pudding



  1. Ulker Biscuits – 1 packet
  2. Instant coffee powder – 3 heaping tsps.
  3. Boiling water – 1 cup
  4. Sweetened condensed milk – 1 tin/395 grams
  5. Dream whipping cream powder – 2 small packets
  6. Nestle cream – 1 small tin
  7. Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp.


  1. Prepare coffee by dissolving the coffee powder in boiling water. Let this cool down completely to room temperature.
  2. Beat together the sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream powder, vanilla essence and cream with hand mixer till thick.
  3. Dip the biscuits into the coffee decoction & arrange them in a glass/pudding dish to make the first layer of the pudding. Spread little of the cream-condensed milk mixture over the biscuit layer. Repeat layering with the coffee dipped biscuits & cream-condensed milk mixture. The final layer should be the cream mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
  5. Cut into pieces & garnish with sifted coffee powder.

    Hi there! I have searching for an easy biscuit pudding recipe and I found your recipe very simple and one to be bookmarked for future reference. In this recipe you used 2 packets of whip powder. I have in hand a 1 litre carton of whipping cream. For this recipe how many cups of whipped cream shall i add? Looking forward to hear from you.
