Simple Mango pudding



  1. Mango jelly – 1 packet/ 80 grams
  2. Hung curd – 1 cup
  3. Mango pulp/mango puree – 2 cups
  4. Caster sugar – 1/2 cup
  5. Whipping cream powder – 5 heaping tbsps.+cold milk – 1 cup (or use 400 grams of whipped cream)
  6. Chopped mangoes – 1 cup


  1. Beat together the chilled milk & whipping cream powder till the mixture holds stiff peaks.
  2. Mix the hung curd, mango jelly crystals, mango puree and caster sugar. Fold in the whipped cream and mango pieces.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a pudding dish & refrigerate till set.
  4. Serve chilled.
