Fruits & Cream pudding

Ingredients:-

  1. Gelatin – 1.5 heaping tsps.
  2. Orange juice – 1/4 cup
  3. Whipping cream – 2 cups ( I used Almarai whipping cream)
  4. Sweetened condensed milk – 1 tin
  5. Pineapple essence – 1/2 -3/4 tsp.
  6. Chopped fruits – 2 cups ( I used apple, tinned pineapple tidbits, banana and grapes)

Method:-

  1. Soak the gelatin in orange juice for 15 minutes. Melt the gelatin by double boiling method.
  2. Beat together the whipping cream, condensed milk & pineapple essence with a hand mixer. Beat in the dissolved gelatin.
  3. Fold in the chopped fruits & transfer the mixture to a pudding dish.
  4. Refrigerate till set.
  5. Serve chilled.
