For the recipe please click here. I had used only 1 heaping tsp. of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp. of red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp. of garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp. of salt, 1/4 tsp. of pepper powder and 1 tsp. of soy sauce for 250 grams of chicken and had used a food processor instead of mixie. The chicken mixture has to be a bit saltier than usual.
