Nutty chocolate biscuit milk cake



  1. Coarsely crushed biscuits ( I use Marie Gold biscuits) – 3/4 cup
  2. Melted butter – 50 grams
  3. Unsweetened Cocoa powder – 2 heaping tbsps.
  4. Sweetened condensed milk – 1.5 cup
  5. Coarsely chopped walnuts – 1/4 cup
  6. Coarsely chopped almonds – 2 tbsps.
  7. Coarsely chopped pistachios – 2 tbsps.


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Mix the biscuit powder with the melted butter. Spread this mixture on to the base of a 6″ cake tin lined with parchment paper and press well.
  3. Sprinkle the cocoa powder over the base.
  4. Pour the condensed milk over the cocoa powder.
  5. Sprinkle the nuts over the condensed milk.
  6. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
  7. Keep aside to cool and refrigerate till set. Cut into wedges and serve.
