  5. Garam masala powder– 1/4 tsp.
  6. Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp.
  7. Greenchillies – 1 to 2 numbers
  8. Water as needed
  9. Oil as needed to make the chillahs

For the stuffing:-

  2. Grated paneer – 1 cup

  1. Wash the dal well and soak in water for 2-3 hours. Darin the dal.
  2. To make the batter, grind dal to a paste with cilantro, greenchillies, garlic, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt. Add enough water to make the batter of spreading consistency.

Drizzle oil along the sides. Cook till the bottom side of the dosa is nicely coloured. Flip the dosa and cook the other side as well.
  5. Repeat with other portions of the dosa batter and stuffing.
  6. Serve this piping hot.
