- Mix together 1 cup of raw peanuts and 1/2 tsp of salt. Add 8 tsps of water to the peanuts and mix. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Cook the peanuts in the microwave on high power for 5 to 6 minutes. Keep mixing after every 1 minute. You may remove the peel of the peanuts and separate the peel using a strainer.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of chilly powder and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of salt on the peanuts.
Note:- This tastes better the next day.
