Ingredients:-
- Rava/Semoliona – 1 cup
- ghee – 3 tbsps.
- Cashews – 2 tbsps., chopped
- Powdered sugar – 3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder – 3/4 tsp.
- Milk – 2 tbsps. or as needed
Method:-
- Heat 3 tbsps. of ghee in a broad non-stick pan & fry the cashews till slightly browned.
- Add the semolina & roast for 7 minutes. Do not brown the semolina. Switch off heat.
- Add the powdered sugar & cardamom powder & mix well.
- Sprinkle milk & shape into ladoos.
